Finger Set 1 in Kenpo Karate

This is Finger set 1. This set is found in Purple Belt and in some Kenpo Styles might be found in Blue Belt. You will find weapons formed by the fingers like two-finger pokes, heel palm claws, crane’s head, finger slices, parries, checks, finger strikes, and linear and circular movements.

Recommendations

• Do not do your set too fast, learn each move at your pace
• Do not overextend your strikes, imagine you have an attacker in front of you, behind you, and on each side
