- 7th Degree Black belt in Taekwondo
- 3rd Degree Black belt in TangsooDo
- Blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
- 20 years experience Kickboxing and MMA
- 15 years experience in gun/knife disarm
- 15 years experience in Cardio Kickboxing
- 7 National championships and numerous regional titles in Forms, weapons, fighting and grappling
