This is an intermediate sequence, but everything that we do here is demonstrated in other videos. You’ll fly through Side Crow, Warrior 3, Eagle Pose and many more twists and inversions to cleanse the body.

We focus on a deep abdominal breath (belly breathing) to detoxify the body through exhaling cellular waste, cleansing and stimulating the lymphatic system (60% of your body’s lymph nodes are located just under the diaphragm!) and as a way to stay calm and grounded.
