How to Do a Table Tennis Forehand Push

This is a stroke that’s usually used to receive service, but its very important that we need to push with the forehand. And what’s really important is variation. A lot of players, they push and they have one motion and one speed on the ball. What’s important is to try to do three different speeds. What that means is that we push the ball one way like this, which I’ll demonstrate, one is no spin, and the other is sort of a light underspin. And the way it is is we try to keep our elbow low to the table.
