Your back supports your entire body, a weak one will not provide you with the results you are looking for. In Martial Arts, you are required to work on your body, stretch your legs, but remember that you need to stretch your lower back, hips, and arms to perform and endure better.

In Taekwondo every kick needs to be aligned to provide the proper speed, power, and accuracy. Your back provides all the support, power and alignment. Take the time to properly warm up and stretch your entire body equally.
