Stretching Exercises

Stretching is a basic need for any Martial Artist, not only for them but also to anyone who engages in any physical exercise. We need to stretch our muscles to increase power and speed, but also to reduce injury. Remember you need to warm up before stretching, 15 minutes of warm up is more than recommended to continue with a 10 to 15 minutes where you need to stretch your entire body, not just your legs.
