Speed Bag Workout

This is a very simple but effective speed bag workout that anyone can do. Pay attention to the tempo that I use and how it really doesn’t change throughout the workout. Why I say that is, you can’t do that if you’re striking the bag with the side of your hand.. Why can’t you, because it’s unnatural. The body isn’t designed to throw an efficient strike in rhythm and power that way.

Don’t take this personally Boxers, but its 2011 and the old ways of doing things are out. It’s time to look at things differently.

Studies have shown, doing different things makes your brain and body healthier. Healthy brain. Healthy body. Happy life. WHEN IN DOUBT WORKOUT, It will help!.
