Shadowbox with Weights
Now we’re going to shadow box with weights. After you’ve been shadowboxing for a while, obviously you want to work on your endurance and your speed, power, etc. So now we’re going to make this just a little harder by grabbing our dumbbells. So right now I’ve got my 2.5’s. Now an important note is obviously, you always want to bring your hands back, but make sure obviously, that this weight doesn’t come all the way back to your chest. It’s going to hurt and you’re going to have a very bad day.
