Royce Gracie and Georges St-Pierre Training Jiu Jitsu

This video is worth watching, it is one of those where you imagine such a great fighters doing a technique demo like this. Very clean techniques, discipline, and perfection. Royce Gracie a retired Brazilian professional mixed martial artist, a UFC Hall of Famer, and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. He won the UFC 1 and UFC2, he has all the experience, he was the star when all started.

GSP is another great fighter, he does not need an introduction, many complain he was not good enough but let’s remember he beat BJ Penn and Matthew Hughes… these two were considered “unstoppable fighters”… but George Saint Pierre beat them…

It is funny to see how many complain “he should have done this and that…”but many don’t even train at all, others have never been to MMA or even to a Jiu Jitsu class at all.

One of the most remarkable aspects that admire of George Saint Pierre is the fact that he was one of those fighters who never trash talk about anyone at all, he was humble and he was always smiling to all comments and things that were thrown at him.
