How to do a Rolling Arm Bar from Back Mount

Rolling Arm Bar

So we’re going to do another arm bar. I’m going to show the origin of the original arm bar, which is a judo move but imported into Jiu-Jitsu. And I’m going to show you how we can take it and put it into a Jiu-Jitsu context. First I’m going to show you how they do in judo. Okay. So Chad tried to throw me or something like that, and he winds up here. I stick my foot in. I’m over here. i dive my hand underneath, go on my head, bring my shin around here, turn and rotate over, and I’m in the arm bar position. Okay. That’s how they do it in judo. Now we’re going to take it a little different and kind of play with it Jiu-Jitsu style. All right.
