The way to do this training exercise is simple, you need to move around the ring and step on your partner’s foot. You can do variations too, for example:
- You try to step on your opponent for 1 minute and then the other person tries the same.
- You try to step on your opponent and then after you were able to it would be his turn.
- Don’t step too hard, it should be a slight step as part of the speed exercise.
- Keep your hands up because you’re still in the ring.
