Passing the Z Guard

If you have been rolling for a couple of years then you know what is the Z Guard, you know that it took you time to learn it, master it and use it at tournaments. If you know how to apply it when you roll then you should know how to pass it without problems. The Z Guard is not very popular but if used wisely can be your door opening to win your divisions.
