Well, knees are really effective in sparring because you can stop an aggressive fighter easily, many like to kick, punch and throw strikes but not many trains to receive. So when your aggressive opponent receives a real punch, elbow, kick or knee…then he will slowly decrease himself till the point the fight will be yours for the taking
