Farmer’s Walk and Push up

Push ups! Here we have a powerful combo for men. We start with the Farmer’s walk where you get a pair of 550-pound dumbbells, just let your arms hang naturally by your sides. Keeping your shoulders back, and back straight as you walk back and forth until your arms cannot hold the dumbbells any longer. The challenge is to be able to hold them for more than 30 seconds. Do two rounds and rest 90 seconds.

Push up

Now that you completed your Farmer’s Walk, set two dumbbells on the floor slightly beyond shoulder width apart. Grasp them and perform as many push-ups as you can. Stop when you are no longer able to maintain good form. Like Mohammad Ali said, “start counting when it starts to hurt”.
