  • Get on your back and cross your arms.
  • Now raise your upper body contracting your abs.
  • Have your elbows touch your knees or mid thigs to count.
  • Now go back and repeat.

  • Do not rest on your back
  • Do not arch your lower back
  • Do not bounce off the floor
