This is a beginner exercise, it will help you strengthen your abs and hip flexors.

Leg Levelers Step by Step

  • First, you will need to lie on your back with your legs straight.
  • Place your hands under your behind.
  • Lift your legs until you reach 45% then bring them down without touching the floor.
  • Now do it again until you complete your repetitions.


Do not rest your head on the floor
