Gift of Destiny

Gift of Destiny is a self-defense technique found in the blue belt rank of American Kenpo Karate, it is a technique against a front handshake.

Gift of Destiny Step by Step

• As he grabs you step forward and hit him with your right elbow to his stomach.
• Use the same elbow to hit his chin, now turn his wrist and re-grab it with your right hand.
• Now that you have control of his arm turn it and step back with your right leg to lean him over.
• Hold his arm with your left hand then hit his elbow and simultaneously kick his face.
