INGREDIENTS: 2 T natural peanut butter; 1 T soy sauce; 2 tsp. fish sauce; 1 T white sugar; 1/4 tsp. tahini (sesame paste, oil drained); 2 tsp. fresh lime juice; 1 to 2 oz. warm water (depends on how thick you like your sauce). RECIPE: Warm peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add water to peanut butter and stir until an even paste forms. Add all other ingredients and whisk vigorously to combine.
