Steak Tacos with Peanut Salsa
INGREDIENTS: 1lb. hangar steak, butcher steak or flank steak, sliced thin against the grain; 2 T salt; 2 T fresh cracked pepper;1/2 c. corn or vegetable oil. Topping: peanut salsa and chopped lettuce. RECIPE: Cut steak into thin slices against the grain. Season with salt and pepper. Cook in a hot skillet with oil for a couple of minutes until the steak is medium-rare. Warm tortillas on a dry pan and serve in tortillas topped with peanut salsa and lettuce.
