INGREDIENTS: 1 lobster; Â_ stick unsalted butter; 1 lime; Â_ lemon; Â_ c. veg oil; 2 garlic gloves; Â_ bunch cilantro; 1 avocado. RECIPE: Mince cilantro. Kill lobster. Separate tails from claws; submerge claws in boiling water for 2 min. then add tail & cook another 6 min. Save 3T cooking liquid. Melt butter in skillet; add garlic, then lobster stock. Remove from heat, whisk; add citrus juice, chopped cilantro & salt to taste. Mix lobster in sauce. Serve in warm tortillas w/ avocado & lettuce.
