Make Green Salsa
INGREDIENTS: 10 tomatillos (husks removed and soaked in water); Ã‚_ white onion chopped; 1 bunch cilantro; 1+ T sugar (to taste); 4 limes (juiced); 1 pinch salt. RECIPE: Quarter tomatillos. Put all ingredients in blender and pulse blend to keep chunky consistency. Add sugar sparingly to achieve correct flavor balance.
