INGREDIENTS: I c. each all-purpose flour, warm water; 1/3 c. finely chopped scallions; 1 T sesame oil; 2 T salt; 1 large egg; Ã‚_ tsp white pepper; 1 tsp. cane sugar. RECIPE: Place flour in bowl & whisk it. Mix in water. Mix in scallions, egg, salt, sugar & oil. Heat small amount of oil in small sautÃƒÂ© pan; oil should cover entire bottom of pan. Drain excess oil. Ladle pancake mixture into pan in thin layer that coats the entire pan. Cook on high 1-2 min. Flip and repeat. Pancakes should be golden brown with some dark brown patches.
