Long Form 2
Long Form 2 is an Intermediate Kenpo Karate Forms, found in Purple and Blue Belt in some Kenpo styles.
Many fronts, rear twist, and cat stances are found in this form. It is a great form to compete for color belts because it has lots of mobility, several angles, and is interesting to watch. Any Kenpo Black Belt judge would love to see this form a full speed, with great stances and confidence.
