Women are vulnerable, seem weak and easy target. Whether you are a woman or a man, you should always prepare for the worse case scenario. That is the only way to prepare for war. You obviously need to train this way and hope that it wouldn’t be as bad, but whether you are a woman or a man, Krav Maga at its core is an art that answers for all sizes and shapes. No matter if you are a woman. No matter if you are a man. It doesn’t matter if you have any physical limitations that you are going to have to work through and learn how to compensate for in order for you to be able to defend yourself effectively in a street environment.

Krav Maga has a series of techniques against knives, guns, punches, tackles, bear hugs, kidnap situations and multiple attacks as well.

These techniques are to be practiced under the supervision of a qualified and certified instructor, do not try to work on these techniques if you have never trained any martial arts. We are not responsible for any injuries.
