Legs workouts stimulate some of the largest muscles in your body, is also great for your glutes, the stimulation helps create a metabolic state that is conducive to muscle-building. It also boosts your metabolism, lastly, it has been proved that it helps to increase the production of testosterone in men, also growth hormone. You can always do a research on your own to verify these.

Remember that the only way to get perfect legs is to work them regularly. This beautiful plyometric workout has three supersets:

Superset 1:

  • Front Squat
  • Box Jump

Superset 2:

  • Reverse Lunge
  • Plyometric Lunge

Superset 3

  • Step up
  • Squat Jump
