Inchworm Stretch
So, this stretch is not only great for the glutes and back of legs it is also a really good total body stretch, but it’s really good to stretch out the back of your legs and your butt.
So, pretty much you’re going to start off standing straight. You’re going to keep the legs straight and you’re going to bring you hands down to the mat or the floor and walk your body, your hands all the way out, until you get into a little further than a plank position right here.
Then you are going to take your feet and walk those feet all the way back up towards your hands here. So you are really getting that deep stretch in the back of the legs. And then you can continue walking out. So you continue, again, walking all the way out and then bringing those feet back in. So I’ll show you again. This way.
