Posing is a very important part of the bodybuilding and training process and the competition process. After you’ve done all your hard work in the gym, and all of your dedication to your eating habits, posing is the presentation to the judges that will show off all of what you’ve done in your contest preparation period. Here are the mandatory poses that each competitor will have to do for the judges: Front Double Bicep; Front Lat Spread; Side Chest; Side Tricep; Rear Double Bicep; Rear Lat Spread; Abdominal and Thigh; and, the Most Muscular Pose.
