  3. GHD Sit-Up – 3 sets, 12 reps
  4. Hanging Leg Raise – 3 sets, 15 reps
  5. Rope Crunch -3 sets, 12-15 reps

  • Hip Raise: Get your legs together for this exercise at all time.
