First, let’s define the Pelvis Tilt, is a small exercise move but a powerful one because it strengthens your core by engaging your glutes, hamstrings, and abdominals. It can also alleviate your lower back pain because it brings relaxation to your core.

To do this exercise you need to lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent, then keep your hands on the side to give you support. Now is when you lift your pelvis, hold it for two minutes and down.
