Kata Paiku
Kata Paiku is a Kata with unique and fine movements, where there is also the explosiveness of fist blows. With simple basic positions that we find in our training sessions, such as Shiko Dachi, Zentukso Dachi, Kiba Dachi to name a few. Strikes like Empy uchi, Kicks like Mae Geri. In short, a Kata with a lot of tension, concentration, and power.
This is the presentation of the female Spanish Karate team in the World Karate Championships, in the category of Team Kata.
- The second part of the Kata consists in the application of the techniques presented previously. But in this second part, each technique must be applied in real speed and with a lot of control demonstrating mastery, speed, and precision.
In this competition the Spanish team faced the Japanese team, will it be possible to defeat the Japanese team in the category of Kata and its application?
