Developing a basic workout. When you want to create a workout plan the first thing you need to do is decide, make a commitment to how many days a week you’re going to work out, and I would suggest that be anywhere from three days a week all the way up to six days a week. Now remember the fewer days you work out the more work or volume you’ll need to do in each one of those workouts.
