Circling the horizon
Circling the horizon is a self-defense technique found in the Ed Parker’s American Kenpo Karate system, this technique found in the blue belt is against a Front right step through punch. Let’s go over the steps:
- As the punch comes in step out to your left into a cat stance while you deliver a right vertical punch to the face.
- Execute a right inward elbow strike to the rib cage then drop down to a wide kneel, chop behind his left leg.
- Hit the groin on the same stance and cross out
Instructed by Casa De Kenpo which includes Professors Cliff Seminerio and Juan Serrano.
