Age doesn’t matter when it comes to parkour. You can train, you know, if you’re 3 years old, when you’re starting to crawl around and walk–you can train when you’re 60 years old. It really doesn’t matter. Um, I’ve trained with grandparents who were training with their grandchildren before. It’s about finding your level and then progressing and improving from there. It doesn’t matter if, you know, you are 15 years old and not athletic, it doesn’t matter if you’re 60 years old and not athletic, anybody can do it.
