The muscle building process is initiated with weight training. You want to make sure that you overload, tax the muscles. That particular muscle group that you’re training in a particular work out, you want to tax it with heavy weight. Again that starts the process. And then it’s really important that you let the muscle rest, recover, and re cooperate before you train them again. The muscles can’t give themselves the best chance to until they’ve completely re cooperated from your last intense weight training session.
