Bent Over Barbell Row – 3 sets, 6-12 reps
2. Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown – 3 sets, 8-20 reps
3. Superset
One-Arm Dumbbell Row – 2 sets, 10-12 reps
Barbell Deadlift – 2 sets, 8-12 reps
