How to Do a Bent-Over Row in Female Bodybuilding

Bent-Over Row

Moving on from the triceps, we’re gonna go into the bent over row. So, you can stay in the same position and you probably would want to pick up a heavier weight, if you have a set of heavier weights. I’m gonna demonstrate with these. Lean forward. Bring the arm up and down. If you have a bench, you can lean on the bench. This is fine, too.

And because the back is a bigger muscle, it’s a larger muscle group, you can use a heavier weight. But you want to make sure that the neck is not back. You want to make sure that you’re not looking down, the neck is not crunched that way. Just nice and easy, natural. Bring it up and down. Let me switch sides. Same thing.
