Basic Biceps Workout
It’s important to remember that more exercises and more sets aren’t necessarily better for your biceps. It’s a good structured plan that you train with utmost intensity. That’s what’s going to give you the biceps that you want. So you wanna make sure that you have no more than four exercises and use about four to six sets. And here’s a basic biceps workout. Barbell curls, two sets. Dumbbell curls, two sets. Hammer curls, a version of dumbbell curls, one set. And easy curl bar curls, one set.
