Balancing bound angle pose is a seated balancing asana. To enter the pose, begin seated in bound angle pose. With the soles of the feet pressed together, grasp the outside of the feet. Next, lift the feet off the mat, extending the legs out to the sides in a wide “V.”. Initially, the legs can be bent.
