Rest Less Workout – Tabata

If you’ve never tried Tabata, it’s about to become your new best friend well, one of those best friends you have a love/hate relationship with, anyway. Tabata normally consists of 20-second work intervals followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of eight rounds, which allows for an intense workout in only four minutes. This Restless Workout kicks it up another notch, though. Instead of resting, you’ll use those 10-second intervals to squeeze in yet another exercise. Some work your core, while others are straight-up lung burners.

Now is time for you to try this 20-minute workout without taking any break, that is why is called “Rest Less”. Complete the workout, then you will have to cry and take selfies; now is time to work on the shape you want to achieve.

This full body workout includes:

  • Manmaker, 20 seconds, get 2 dumbells and do your very best.
  • Plank, 10 seconds, keep your back straight.
  • Dumbbell Thruster, 20 seconds
  • Shoulder Tap, 10 seconds.
  • Bodybuilder, 20 seconds, also know as the wrestler’s workout
  • Bodyweight Squat, 10 seconds, feet in line with your shoulders.
  • Kettlebell Swing, 20 seconds.
  • Jumping Split Squat, 10 seconds.
