Alison Brie Schermerhorn, known professionally as Alison Brie, is an American actress, producer, and model. She is best known for her starring role as Annie Edison in the comedy series Community and Trudy Campbell in the drama series Mad Men.

We know Alison for those bright roles in Television and in films. One of those we love so much is her role in “Glow”.

Well, here you will see her working out so hard you will feel ashamed of yourself. Some of her exercises routines include the following:
