The 360 Jump Front Kick

Easy steps to learn this tricking kick seen at many tournaments, make sure you follow all of them to avoid injuries.

Important details to consider:

  • Stretch your lower back, hips, and legs enough to move them freely
  • Lift your knee as high as possible to do your front kick while extending it
  • Work on your jump and how you land
  • Practice your front kick, then your jumping front kick and perfect them
  • Keep your hands up to increase your mobility¬†when spinning
  • Keep your back straight and aim with your shoulder
  • Keep in mind to wear comfortable pants because it matters if they are too tight
  • Practice in a safe place such as a gym or park, make sure the floor does not have any holes or damages
