This kickboxing workout incorporates a kickboxing class with a bit of spin bike and some no equipment cardio moves too. You can do this cardio kickboxing routine at home or at the gym. Amy Jo uses a punching bag for this total body kickboxing workout but if you don’t have access to one, it’s not necessary because you can do shadow boxing. For this kickbox routine, you can just do the moves in the air.
