Kickboxing lose weight workout

This 20-minute cardio kickboxing workout will help you get your sweat on and your mascara running! This kickboxing workout incorporates a kickboxing class with a bit of spin bike and some no equipment cardio moves too. You can do this cardio kickboxing routine at home or at the gym. Amy Jo uses a punching bag for this total body kickboxing workout but if you don’t have access to one, it’s not necessary because you can do shadow boxing. For this kickbox routine, you can just do the moves in the air.

This cardio kickboxing class works up a serious sweat. The total body workout is appropriate for all levels, but if you are a beginner you may find yourself needing more rest during this kickboxing cardio workout. If so, that’s fine! Get your bottle of water and let’ lose some weight.
